Well, a mom’s kiss works... I usd to kiss and then quickly blow... it worked.... so long as it was just a booboo...😄 A mothers touch does create endorphins. Most people fear death. Knowing that something rather dramatic was done could relive anxiety and therefor make the patient feel less anxious, and therefore better. Also, they were all on a med regimen before and after... I’d be happy to know the glop in my vessel had been mashed or cleared out of the way😄 even though I know it doesn’t last. Temporary relief? I would not signup myself for one of the studies. I think it was a bit unethical. Knowing I was in a study to see if placebos work, would skew the results. I think.
